Refund policy
For Damaged Products:
We’re sorry to hear that an item arrived damaged! Please know that as long as the inner pouch or can seal is intact, the product remains safe to use. Sometimes, the outer packaging may get a little worn during transit.
If the damage is purely cosmetic and the product’s freshness seal is unbroken, you’re all set to use it without any issues.
However, if your product is significantly damaged—such as an open seal or torn pouches—please reach out to us with photos at hello@babybottleco.com. We’ll ensure you receive a fully usable product as soon as possible.
Incorrect Products:
We sincerely apologise if there was an error with your order. Please email us at hello@babybottleco.com with your order number within 3 days of receiving your shipment and we will resolve this for you.
Attach photos of the incorrect item(s) to your email to help us identify the issue. If we made a mistake, we’ll promptly send you the correct product.
We’ll also assist you with returning the incorrect item(s). If the correct item is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit to your original form of payment, which should appear within 48 hours. Please include a copy of your packing slip with the return.
We do not accept returns for any other reason due to the nature of the products we sell. This ensures the highest standards for our customers’ safety and maintains a reliable inventory for everyone. We do not resell any returned items—all of our products are guaranteed new, unused, and unopened.
We cannot accept order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it will be processed.
Please note on shipping:
All shipping times are estimates and begin only once the tracking indicates the package has left the country of origin.
Business days are Monday through Friday; holidays or weather delays in the US and EU are not included in the shipping timeframe.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, quality checked, and dispatched.
Once shipped, we have no control over shipping carriers or the time packages spend in customs. US Customs and the FDA manage customs clearance and have full discretion on what is allowed through.
If customs or a carrier applies a duty fee, please notify us, as we do not impose these charges.
